Return Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, starting from the day your shipment is delivered.

To be eligible for a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 21 days of delivery. 

Please note, Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

To start a return, you can contact us at msvvstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that the customer assumes full responsibility for return shipping costs and any risks associated with the return delivery process, including loss or damage during transit.      

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
